Abigail Rappoport is the CEO of Emoquo, a company delivering real-time digital coaching and analytics to build emotional resilience in people and organisations. Emoquo was named as the 2018 winner of the mental health in the workplace challenge by AXA PPP. She’s an inspiring business leader, recently shortlisted as one of the most influential women in tech in the UK by Computer Weekly. Rappoport ran a $1bn business and had been a senior executive at Microsoft for over 10 years prior to joining Emoquo. Over her 20+ year career, she’s learnt how to engage and empower diverse talent. She is passionate about harnessing the power of technology to create more meaningful human experiences.
